A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook
  Question
When MaxExchange attempts to process data packets, the following message appears:

A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?

If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose “No”.

This issue affects all versions of Maximizer and MaxExchange, Outlook 2000 (security patch applied), and Outlook 2002 (XP).
  Answer
Outlook’s Object Model Guard prevents any third party application from accessing Outlook via Simple MAPI, Extended MAPI, the Outlook Object Model, and CDO (Component Data Objects) without user consent.

The user is required to click the "Yes" button to allow MaxExchange to read emails and process normally.
