Microsoft Outlook 2010 Does Not Work with MaxExchange

Problem

Currently Microsoft Outlook 2010 does not work with MaxExchange Synchronization Server. If you have Outlook 2010 installed and you use the email transport method, the message “no email system installed” is displayed.

Reason

Colaboration Data Objects are no longer supported in Microsoft Office 2010. MaxExchange Synchronization Server requires Collaboration Data Objects to communicate with Outlook.

Solution

There is no solution to this issue at this time. Use one of the other transport methods with MaxExchange.
