Problem

This issue affects the BlackBerry phone integration and the BlackBerry SMS integration in MaxMobile on certain BlackBerry devices and operating systems. You may receive an error message "You must select only one item in order to perform this task" or "You must select a contact to perform this task" while attempting to perform some tasks.

Reason

This issue is caused by problems in the BlackBerry operating system.

Solution

Upgrade to a newer version of the BlackBerry operating system. The issue with the BlackBerry SMS integration is resolved in the BlackBerry operating system 5.0.0.161 and higher.

For BlackBerry phone integration, you can select phone calls from the Messages list to perform tasks in MaxMobile.
