Get Directions Command Shows a Map Instead of Directions on BlackBerry Storm Devices

Problem

This issue affects the Get Directions command in MaxMobile on BlackBerry Storm devices. When you open an Address Book entry and select Get Directions, a map is displayed without directions.

Reason

This issue is caused by a problem in the operating system on the BlackBerry device.

Solution

From the map screen displayed, select to show directions.

This issue is resolved entirely in the BlackBerry operating system 5.0.0.161 and higher.
