Formula User-Defined Fields Display Incorrect Values in MaxExchange Environments

Problem

This issue affects formula user-defined fields on MaxExchange remotes and servers. A formula user-defined field with references to two or more other fields may display an incorrect value.

Reason

Two or more of the fields referenced in the formula user-defined field have been modified at two or more different remotes, causing the on-the-fly recalculation to display an incorrect value.

  Answer

Solution

Open the entry for which you want to view the value of the formula user-defined field, and click OK. The value of the formula user-defined field is recalculated and displays the correct result.

Versions Affected

  • Maximizer CRM 11
  • MaxExchange 11
