"Setup was unable to load the following dll MaxExchSetup.dll" Error Message while Installing MaxExchange

Problem

This issue affects the installation of MaxExchange Synchronization Server or MaxExchange Remote Synchronization Server after installing Maximizer CRM Server. While trying to install MaxExchange, the error message "Setup was unable to lead the following dll [path] MaxExchSetup.dll" is displayed.

Reason

The [path] statement was not fully updated after installing Maximizer CRM Server.

Answer

Solution

Restart the computer, and install MaxExchange Synchronization Server or MaxExchange Remote Synchronization Server again. Restarting the computer updates the [path] statement, allowing the installation to proceed without the error.
