Problem

These issues affect Maximizer Web Access in Microsoft Internet Explorer. You may experience the following issues:

  • Unable to log in.
  • Unable to dowload documents.
  • Unable to view the time in the Timer dialog box.

Your Internet Explorer security settings are causing problems with some of the functionality in Maximizer Web Access.
